These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Straider.ai website and any related services made available by Prebo Digital (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You will not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated means to access the Services in a way that impairs site performance.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Pricing and features are shown on our website and plan selection pages and may change for future billing periods with notice where required.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments processed through Paddle.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that policy. You may cancel a subscription from Billing in your dashboard or by contacting support.
Intellectual property
The Services, including branding, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Prebo Digital or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prebo Digital and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
